COBS decompression dir disappeared from `config.yaml` #207

it is commented out (i.e. undefined) since several commits ago. Would you like it to be explicitly defined?

Yes, please. It's because of conf diffs and knowing which parameters exist (as this is changing).

Yes, I will do it soon, prioritising RAM measurements for the moment

No longer an issue as COBS files are now by default decompressed in memory.
