GnuPlot without PDF terminal #15

When support for PDF terminal is missing in GnuPlot, a PDF with an error message should be created (currently an exception appears). The file should contain a procedure, how to correctly recompile GnuPlot using SMBL or how to replace it with binaries downloaded from the official website.

Split plotting into more GP scripts:

Plotting PDF
Plotting PNG

When error appears during plotting PDF, replace final PDF by an "error PDF file" with description how to solve it. This file should be part of the RNFtools Python package.
