Dockerization #50

Added a simple Dockerfile and docker-compose.yml file that installs rnftools in a python3 environment. Also includes iPython Notebook as a web-based interface for running rnftools through the browser.

Thank you very much for contributing to RNFtools. I don't have access to any machine with Docker right now so I cannot verify that it really works but I believe you. :)
