automake fails #177

running automake gives: configure.ac:7: error: required file 'lib/ConfigAutotools.h.in' not found

You guys have that in gitignore but want automake to fill it in, no cookies for you.

Actually there is no lib/ConfigAutotools.h.in.in, neither lib/Config.h. Where should one take those?

Thanks for reporting. I think we might put an end to supporting both Autotools and CMake at once and stick to only one of them. @karelklic, what do you think? It would probably prevent occurences of bugs like this one and #179.

Since the development of canal seems to stall, I am closing this as it pollutes my issues list.
