Add command 'subscribe' to subscribe to all issues in a query

Add new command beside report, which uses a query and subscribes the user to all issues in the query.

Ideas:

Make it work also for closed issues.
Do preview listing all issues which will be subscribed (and which are not yet) to avoid accidentally subscribing to too many issues due to 'wrong' query.
