Minimum prereq version for List::Util #21

It seems that the minimum prereq version for List::Util is too low (1.33 instead of 1.50):

List::Util version 1.5 required--this is only version 1.38 at t/99-acceptance.t line 8.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at t/99-acceptance.t line 8.
t/99-acceptance.t ......... 
Dubious, test returned 2 (wstat 512, 0x200)
No subtests run

yes. this is fixed in commit 77c150a5e6.
