Improvements to be made to the scripts in the DockerImages folder:

[x] Create a subfolder for each method and move the DockerImage_base.sh and DockerImage_complete.sh scripts to the relevant subfolder
[x] Replace the cat commands in the DockerImage__complete.sh files with scripts in the relevant subfolder
[x] Update or remove DockerImageTemplate.sh
