Example Method: Hypoparsr Tables:
Description The rows or columns in the output table may be offset compared to the GT rows or columns. We want to identify entries or labels as true positives if they have been correctly identified, even if the row or column has been offset. This requires changes to the .._true_positives views and the is_reconcilable() function

Changes made to .._true_positives views to account for offsets
