This is the data and code described in the position paper "Visualizing Theory in Context to Aid Teaching, Learning, and Applying New Ideas in Interdisciplinary Research" by Karen Boyd.
I've created three Google Forms to make it easier for non-coders to suggest additions or amendments to the CSVs.
There's one to add an edge, one to add a node, and one to add a paper. (The papers will allow for future visualizations, especially over time, and allow exploration of concepts as they are applied in real research).
My current plan is to merge inputs from these by hand, in addition to any csvs that may be sent in, but this won't be sustainable in the best-case scenario (namely, lots of people get involved and submit lots of good stuff!)
Any recommendations about how to do this would be very welcome. This is non-urgent, but I thought I'd get your mind percolating on this problem if you're interested in it, @apoller :)
