Derive concise expressions for the variance kappa, gamma given the GP precision for the lens potential #10

The derivative kernels have several prefactors that complicate the relation between the specified variance (or precision) of the lens potential and the realized variance of the convergence and shear. We'd like to better understand the relation between the input lens potential variance and the output convergence variance.
