If an interaction is changed to make a rule invalid, the exploration creator should be notified #506

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create (say) a multiple choice widget with three choices.
2. Add a rule corresponding to the third choice.
3. Return to the multiple-choice widget and delete the third choice.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect to see some indication that the rule is no longer valid, 
preferably before I save my changes to the widget.
