The gallery should load explorations incrementally. #546

Currently all explorations are loaded on the first visit to the gallery. This 
is overly labor-intensive.

The server should instead supply an initial batch of explorations matching the 
search query and any filters. Scrolling down should cause additional requests 
for explorations to be sent to the server.
