In the state editor, remove unnecessary dark borders that appear on clicking away from a navbar tab. #548

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Go to the state editor.
2. Click on the Statistics (or any other) tab in the navbar.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A dark border will appear around the Statistics tab. This border disappears 
when you click anywhere else, which is confusing because the change indicates 
that something significant has happened (whereas, really, nothing has 
happened). Instead, the dark border should not appear at all.

Jacob, I think this may have been accidentally fixed in develop (not sure how). 
Can you please verify that this is true (just in case I'm looking at a 
different thing than you are)?
