Purpose of code changes on this branch:
Fixed spacing issues on the card to match the mocks. Issues included:

More space between introductory card and top bar
Correct spacing between two cards
Correct spacing between the first line on the card contents and top of the card
Correct left and right padding on card contents 
Correct spacing between oppia and user icon during conversation

When reviewing my code changes, please focus on:
UI, Codehealth

After the review, I'll merge this branch into: develop
