Error when trying to save exploration with empty value in the map rule editor

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a state with a map interaction
2. Create a new rule, input values for distance, Latitude, and Longitude.
3. Edit the rule, change the rule type from 'is within ... distance' to 'is not 
within ... distance'
4. Try to save the exploration.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to save the exploration. Instead I see an error that says: 

Warning! Expected float, received

It turns out that when changing from 'is within ... distance' to 'is not within 
... distance', the distance value gets erased, but this is not noticeable. 
Furthermore, it's possible to save the rule when a value is missing, and you 
won't know there's a problem until you try to save the whole exploration.
