Correct positioning of user response on Graph Modeling interaction

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the "Graph Modeling" interaction.
2. Click [CONTINUE] and answer the first Graph question on "Friendship"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expectation is to have all user responses closer to the oppia icon but in 
this case the response is too far to the right [See screenshot below].

Suggested Approaches on How To Solve The Issue:
1. Since the response is positioned differently based on the location of the 
initial graph on the question one approach would be to have a region of fixed 
width and height within which the graph can exist.

2. Another approach will be not to have a fixed region but have a mechanism of 
calculating the position to place the response based on the location of the 
question.

I am hoping to hear from you guys what approach you think works best or even 
suggestions of other approaches.
