Allow LaTeX to be written inline in the RTE. #675

In as much detail as possible, please describe what you would like to see.

1. Create an exploration.
2. Open the content editor and try to enter a math expression.

It would be nice to be able to type the expression inline, instead of clicking 
on the math button in the toolbar and typing it there. Possible formats include 
\(3x) or $3x$.
