sym_upload: Don't show success on Linux when upload redirected #480

At one point the Chrome OS buildbots were getting a "302 Moved" response from 
the Google symbol server when they tried to upload symbols, because they were 
being redirected to a captcha page.  But sym_upload showed "Successfully sent 
the symbol file" anyways, and so we didn't notice any problem.

sym_upload already returns failure when run on Mac for any response other than 
200, because of http://breakpad.appspot.com/77001/.  So failing on redirects 
when run on Linux seems reasonable to me.
