Some non-English language characters cause warnings in report rendering (pdf) #18

For example, the Poland report produces:

## Warning in grid.Call(C_textBounds, as.graphicsAnnot(x$label), x$x, x$y, :+1: 
## conversion failure on 'Łódź' in 'mbcsToSbcs': dot substituted for <c5>

Labels in plots end up with missing characters.

Some solution I found Googling:

used cairo_pdf
pdf.options(encoding='ISOLatin2')

Need to make sure this works for all languages.
