NL consistently fails with lots of divergence #43

Problem appears to be drive by three smaller sub-regions.

Is this in a new version? Running alone or with more countries? HIstorically I believe it was fine, but it had beta parameters that were suspicious, i.e. quite different from other countries. But seemingly this lack of fit is related more to the number of imputed cases.

OK, then I think it's solely due to the imputed cases being pushed too high.
