Win32 download corrupt? #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download the Win32 version
2. attempt to extract files
3. zip software reports no files in archive

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

can't even get to the tool

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

current on Win XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

It seems the download archive is corrupt - I'm going to try the Linux 
version in the meantime but the Win32 would be better

Managed to work-round this by downloading the Win32 version on Linus box, then 
copy to 
WinXP...  How strange... Using Chrome on WinXP...
