The joinedData folder on dropbox is only being used in process_ag.R. The scripts to create some version of them are likely on @katherinesiegel computer. Need to:

• [ ] figure out if her existing scripts create the joinedData files
• [ ] if not, decide if we want to recreate the script that made them
• [ ] decide if we actually need the joinedData files that aren't called by process_ag.R (Currently used: ag_field.csv, ag_extension.csv, hh.csv, FoodSecurity_HH.csv)

There is code on my computer (compile_data_hh, in Box Sync folder) that takes the data csv for each category (ex. hhsecA...) for each country and joins them into a single csv (ex. hh_secA.csv). Based on that, I have code to make some of the files in joinedData: ag_byproducts.csv, ag_crops_by_hh.csv, ag_extension_family.csv, ag_extension.csv, ag_field.csv, etc (all the ag_xxx.csv files). Same from the "hh_xx.csv" files. I don't think we actually need this files-- they are intermediate steps combining across countries.

I'm not sure where FoodSecurity_HH.csv and Nutrition_HH.csv come from yet.
