Code generator crashes attempting to build Calendar v3 with "annotations" #201

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to generate the strongly typed surface for an API containing a 
"$ref" property with "annotations".

result is:
ERROR: Failed to parse schema [Event] which was defined as ...
The nested error is:
ERROR: Found StartObject within the schema reference with the Id 'EventDateTime'
