Include a AuthorizationCodeFlow to make the OAuth2 dance easier #209

The client library (or SampleHelper) should contain a RefreshTokenManager which 
automatically does the whole OAuth2 dance for to make the life of the developer 
easier. 
Merging/storing the RefreshTokens should be done by this manager automatically.

Best case:
The user would only have to write one line to use OAuth2.
