Hi
Is there any API for Dot Net client to make emails through gmail?
If so where we can download that and where is the help file for that to help me 
to develop one application with it?

This is not related to the client library as GMail is not supported. Perhaps 
you can use SMTP through gmail servers which is supported on .NET or via 
third-party smtp client software. A quick search turned up this page:
