Obtaining OAuth Authorization token for an installed application, with a localhost URI #232

Hi,
I'm developing an application which needs to access the Google REST Api for the 
Ad-Exchange RTB.

I've only so far found samples which use for authorization token a redirect 
uri, which opens a browser on the client machine. I need a sample which 
provides http://localhost as a redirect uri because my application runs on a 
server and has no outlet for the browser.

My platform is Windows 7, the application is in C# (although if you have one in 
C++ it would be even better).
