AdSense API needs to be able to work at service level #435

There are application use cases where you need to be able to provide users 
access to data within an AdSense account without providing them full 
access/credentials to the account. Ex: We have a profit (not revenue) split in 
our business model which requires organizations to be able to log in and see 
what revenue has been generated, what it's costs are, and what their take is. 
As these are external entities, they cannot be given a username/password to 
access the AdSense account.
