Date reason list rendering #39

Improve the rendering of the list date reason list by changing it to be rendered as a table so the text better align correctly, and the reason can not go in to the date section on small screens.

Sorry this was not part of any of your issues but got sidetracked when trying to look in to one of you issues.

Nice! I always get a bit carried away with flexbox, it's not always the answer lol :) thanks for the contribution!
