Data Transmission Test:

User is on client computer 128.192.95.30 physically located in Building B. After powering on the computer, the user requested access to the website www.anyaddress.com. The website file requested is physically located in Building A, on a local network server. The user requested access to site upon powering on the client computer, therefore, the client is unaware of any addresses beyond those on its own configuration table. Gateways and all web servers are configured to know the addresses to all of the network layers and data link layers.

Need: Explain the types of messages that will be sent. Evaluate the various models of data communication and describe how the messages will be transmitted through the network. Describe how the messages will be transmitted through the network when the web server sends the requested page to the client. Describe any changes in the transmission if the web page contains pictures and images, such as .gif or .jpg files.
