Acceptance Criteria:

Development should target development, while master should target :latest tag.
Ideally, this can be fixed just by adjusting logic in the "Util: Extract Branch Name" task.
While fixing this, the link in readme.md needs to be pointed to https://github.com/karldreher/KnowYourPorts/actions?query=workflow%3ACI-Tests-master.
