HLS request? #220

Hi Karl

As you well know apple is coming onto the scene with homepod and we all know they're going to force all of their users onto HLS, as painful as this is, would this be possible to add to icecast? its shame we have to cater to this but it is inevitable.

@dkwiebe looks like we're not going to get much info on this, but if you know what you;re doing take a look at http://liquidsoap.info the new liquidsoap has hls support and can even serve it up with http
