Windows installer created "Run Icecast" shortcut has wrong "Start in" #240

It starts in the web directory like "C:\Program Files\Icecast KH\web" when it should start in "C:\Program Files\Icecast KH"

To reproduce

Run the windows 64 bit installer
Select install start menu shortcuts
Run Run Icecast shortcut
Open browser and visit localhost:8000
Get 404

To fix:

Right click and edit the shortcut
Remove the \web in Start in in the shortcut
