Use forwarded listener ip address #344

Adds configuration for so it can have a value substituted by cheekychops/docker-icecast-kh.

But that appears not to be the problem...

The headers on the listener's connection request do not appear to be parsed. The only parsing of headers is on the Source connection (which comes from liquidsoap in our implementation).
