Allow metadata updates via URL for OGG #376

Hi, could you allow metadata updates via URL also for Ogg formats (e.g. ogg/flac)? If you use FLAC without the container, the metadata update works without problems.

Small follow-up: <allow-url-ogg-metadata>true</allow-url-ogg-metadata>, seems to be the solution.
