After upgrading to version kh20.3 radio disappeared from the Icecast Directory #407

After upgrading to version kh20.3, my radio disappeared from the Icecast Directory http://dir.xiph.org . I rolled back to an earlier version and the station appeared in the Icecast Directory.

this should be fixed in master now. The client driving the yp requests to the directories was only getting on the worker once and quieting failing to reschedule. I've also updated the POST generating code, looks to be be running ok

this should be resolved now in the 20.5 update
