Add DevProjects to README Intermediate section #54

Hey there, thanks for this! Can you tell me about how you are using this and why you think it's useful?

I'm just trying to evaluate whether it fits for this list.

When I took a quick look at it, it's not really a guided course - it's more of list of projects that someone could implement, along with empty / not very useful discussion forums.

Hi! I use this website to find projects that are usually quite different from the project lists already existing. I like how there aren't step by step guides on how to accomplish each project, really challenging me to finish the project I choose. But the written requirements and suggested implementations are helpful to make sure that I'm not going off the wrong track. It's also super helpful to see how other people write the project as well, allowing me to learn from them.

Ok, thanks for the answer. For now, I don't think that this amount of material fits this list enough.

Maybe open for reconsideration in the future!
