From reading KBLE docs seems like raw format, is same as regular format but ignoring some of JSON rules for easier human readability. It has it's use for directly editing within KBLE, but I see little value outside that. Would require custom manual exporter.
I currently don't see any usecase for this within kb-editor, most cases should work equally well with the proper KBLE export format.
