Unknown option --paper-size #30

Hi! Thank you for your awesome tool!

I have a little annoying error when I run 

kissmyresume build resume/base.json --theme node_modules/jsonresume-theme-macchiato-ibic --format PDF --paper-size Letter

I get the following error:

Error: Unknown option --paper-size.
Type kissmyresume --help for help.

I don't know what's going on, there's supposed to be such option.

Any help will be appreciated, have an awesome day!

Hi and thanks for reporting this issue. I will look at it hopefully in a couple of days.
