Plot not displayed in documentation #20

The plot for the example of fitting attenuation curves with WG00 does not appear in the documentation though it was produced as written in the travis log

May be because it is too large. Need to check it.

I am trying to see why this is the case. And making some corrections to the docs as I go. Pull request soon.

The pull request did not solve this problem. Not sure why this plot is not showing up as it does when I build it locally. Maybe some text after the plot would cause it to show up?
