Deleteing a group doesn't delete associated records in group_permissions and group_users #864

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to group manager
2. delete a group
3. look at the table v_group_permissions and v_group_users

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
One would expect for data consistency that the records for the deleted group 
would be removed from the child-key tables.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 3.7.1
Operating System    Linux ClassNew1 3.13.0-32-generic #57-Ubuntu SMP Tue Jul 15
