Add call forward and follow me to extension page #870

Currently to set call forward and follow me you must go to System > User 
Dashboard. It would be very useful when creating extensions to have this 
functionality directly on the extensions page at the bottom.

Hey Nate,this is a very good idea because it is a pain at the moment trying to 
locate the Call Forwarding and Follow Me.
Is this something that can done quickly you think?  Maybe Adding Links for Call 
Forward, Follow me etc under the Extension Config.
