Translation Display Error on Active Call Screen #908

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update to r8198 > Update Schema > Restore Defaults
2. Go to Status > Active Calls
3. Observe Page Output

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see a properly formatted, Active Call display just like in the 
previous versions. Instead I see a bunch of source code displayed. See photo:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I tracked down the mistake to:

calls_active/ app_languages.php in the r8196 push

scroll down to the end of the code on the page and it is improperly formatted.
