Provision All / Pause Option for Registrations

Sometimes we push out configuration changes that we want all phones to get 
immediately. As such, it would be very handy to have a "Provision All" option 
on the registrations screen so that we aren't clicking Provision on individual 
endpoints, which can be painful.

In addition, we allow multiple registrations.  When someone has multiple 
devices registered it causes the registrations screen to bounce around a lot, 
making it very difficult to hit provision on the intended device.  How about 
something like a "pause" button on the registrations screen, like exists on the 
Operator Panel now?  That would be very helpful to calm down some of the 
craziness on that screen.
