Feature Request: On devices and Extensions page, add registered column #936

Would be nice on the Devices/Extensions page to have a BLF style indicator for 
registered, on phone, not-registered.

Would also be nice to have a "last registered at" so you can see how long a 
phone has been offline or unregistered.

That would be nice.

Also, another nice touch would be to add a total count of devices at the top of 
the extension page to see how many ext/entries are on a particular system or 
tenant.
