No music on hold when dialling *9664 from softphone

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I installed FusionPBX 
2.I created one extension.And then add the softphone for that extension.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the expected output was i should listen the hold music, but instead of that i 
got the error "Sip 480 temporarily Unavailable No user responding. "

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I use Linux mint 17

Please provide any additional information below.
I think some of the steps are missing.or may be some configuration issue.

Did you install the music on hold sound files? Its done immediately at the end 
of the FreeSWITCH compile.

Hi please kindly close this issue..I have solved it.I made some changes in the 
internal profile sip-ip=192.168.1.59(My IP) and 
presence-hosts=192.168.1.59(MyIP) now it works fine.
