the tool icons on MOH and recordings only work on domain you log into

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.log into a multi tenent system
2.switch domains to a domain you did not log directly into
3.go to MOH and you will the tool buttons are gone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to be able to have the tool buttons on screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

If i log into a domain on front end and go to MOH the buttons are there, if i 
change domains and go to MOH the buttons are gone.

I cannot duplicate this issue.  I see (and can use) the play and download 
buttons no matter which tenant I am managing, on both MOH and Recordings, using 
either the Enhanced or Minimized themes.  My system's on the same release 8491. 
 Please advise.

can you tell me what files those buttons generate from and i will delete them 
and svn update them just to make sure the files are proper.
