The unfiltered variable sip_P-Preferred-Identity leads to lack of CDR #961

The user provided variable sip_P-Preferred-Identity is not filtered in 
v_xml_cdr_import.php. This can lead to wrong XML that can not loaded by 
simplexml_load_string(). As a result, no CDR is created.

This has been fixed in r8496.
