What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create new domain
2. upload one or more recording
3. delete domain
4. recreate the same domain

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Recordings are not deleted, they do show up in Apps>Recordings.
Recordings are not selectable in drop down action menu (for example in 
Destination).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FusionPBX 3.8 r8550 Ubuntu 14.04 Firefox
