Inbound -outbound configuration #971

Hi Guys!

Please tell me if I'm not in the right place to ask help.
I've just install a fresh Fusionpbx on a hosted VM running Debian wheezy for 
multi Tenant / Multi domain purpose.

For each domain, extensions are working perfectly and I can called each other 
within the domains pay music on hold and make transfers.

But no way for me after 4 days playing with the nice GUI of FusionPbx and 
digging into internet and all sort of literatures to  succeed with either an 
inbound call or outbound within any of the domains created.

In case I'm in ther right place I'll send more detail about the various outputs 
I have before the "busy tone" for outbound calls and  "the number cannot 
receive calls at the moment" for inbounds
What steps will reproduce the problem?$
