After upgrade to 3.8, having no previous fax server, can't create a new fax server

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Apps > Fax Server shows no existing fax servers.
2. Click + to add a new fax server
3. Only the Email field is shown
4. Giving an email address and then clicking on save results in message:

Por favor indique: Extensión
Please provide: A file to Fax

What is the expected output?
I expect to be able to provide the fax server settings as described in teh wiki.

What do you see instead?
I only see that 1 field and it seems like it's trying to send a fax to it.

What version of the product are you using?
3.8.3

On what operating system?
Linux - Ubuntu

Solution as suggested by mcrane on irc:
"Remove the user group from the user you are currently logged in with. Then it 
will work for you after you logout and log back in.

100 percent sure that will work seen it 3 or 4 times Admin and superadmin. 
Don't need to be in the user group."
